OUR COMMITMENT: We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. You can return any item in its original condition within 15 days of payment.
Please insure the item being returned for the value of the purchase. The item needs to be returned with the same packaging materials used in the original shipment.
Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. Once your purchase is received in same condition sent, Haus Fortuna will credit your method of payment.
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives broken, please contact Haus Fortuna ASAP so that a claim can be made with UPS. Haus Fortuna will either replace your merchandise or credit your method of payment.
